The program includes participation in the BIO International Convention 2026 in San Diego, along with curated engagements across leading biotech and medical innovation ecosystems, including global biotechnology companies, biomedical research institutes, and university-led translational research centers. 🧬
This delegation is designed for Indian startups in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, MedTech, and Healthcare domains exploring collaborations, partnerships, or expansion into the U.S. market.

Alongside this, the program includes:
• Access passes to the BIO International Convention (inclusive of approximately USD 800 per ticket value)
• Delegation-led meetings and institutional visits
• On-ground coordination and support
• Visa Guidance
• Post-program follow-up support
Important Note
Startups will be selected based on relevance to the U.S. market and overall readiness. Selected startups will be required to pay a delegation fee. (Visa, airfare, and accommodation are not included.)
The program will be fully coordinated by Carve Startup Labs, including participation at the BIO International Convention 2026 and structured ecosystem engagements in the United States.
