✅ Growth Stage / Series A and above (earlier stages may be considered with strong traction)
✅ Team size of 10+ employees (or scalable team structure)
✅ Annual revenue of $1-2 million (or strong revenue momentum)
✅ Commercialized or pilot-ready product (TRL 5-9)
✅ Strong USP & clear market expansion potential into UAE/GCC
